Prawn & Basil is a New American restaurant located in Thousand Oaks, California. The menu embraces diversity. It includes items from the owner's childhood that consisted not only of Thai and Chinese food, but also American, Mexican, Italian, and Japanese dishes. The goal is to infuse a "New American" spirit into traditional foods from different cultures and bring something new and amazing to the table to customers.
